Stock Management
Every Shopify variant with its stock state, recipes that assemble finished goods, replenishment math that shows its work, and purchase orders that write their own stock movements.
One recipe, from components to finished goods
Define a recipe once: the parent plus its components, which can be variants, raw materials or packaging boxes. Sales decrement components automatically, and the Produce action assembles finished goods in a single transaction.
- Parent to components, onceA bundle or finished good points at its components, each with a qty per unit. No cycles, no phantom stock: bundles have derived stock.
- Producible now, computedAvailability comes from the lowest-stock component, and the bottleneck is always visible. Nothing to fill in.
- Sold means decrementedWhen a bundle sells, the webhook decomposes it: every component loses its share, logged as a Bundle decomp movement.
Replenishment math that shows its work
Projected coverage for every variant, raw material and packaging box, ranked worst-first. Suggested quantities come from a formula you can read: velocity × (lead time + 7d buffer), with your real supplier lead times.
- Days of cover, worst-firstDays remaining is current qty divided by average daily consumption. Critical means you run out within the supplier lead time.
- A real statistical engineRecompute targets picks the forecast method per item: smoothing, trend, seasonality or intermittent demand, with safety stock at your service level.
- From suggestion to PO in one clickCreate POs from suggestions drafts one PO per supplier, respecting MOQ, case packs and minimum order value. Your manual targets are never overwritten.
Purchase orders that keep stock honest
Open and historical POs per supplier, from Draft to Sent, Partial and Received. Receiving a line creates the inbound stock movement automatically.
- One draft PO per supplierAuto-numbered PO-YYYY-NNNN with expected delivery dates, line costs and an Only overdue filter for what is late.
- Receive writes the movementReceiving a quantity records the inbound movement with the PO as reference, and guards you from receiving more than ordered.
- An append-only movement logEleven movement types, each row with delta, reason, reference and who did it. Rows are never edited or deleted.
Supplier invoices, read by vision
Upload a PDF or a photo and AI vision extracts the supplier, totals, due dates and line items matched against your materials and boxes. Anything it cannot read stays empty; nothing is guessed.
- Structured, not guessedSupplier, invoice number, dates, VAT and totals, plus up to 50 lines, each with its own confidence score.
- Matched to your catalogExtracted lines are matched to variants, raw materials and packaging boxes, ready for your review before posting.
- New supplier from the invoiceIf the vendor does not exist yet, it is created from the invoice data, VAT number included. Every field stays editable.
One suite, zero seams

Modules read and write the same data. These links are live in the product, not integrations you have to build.

Questions, answered
Connect your store once and every variant shows up in Stock with its logistics state. Inventory reconciles with Shopify every 15 minutes (plus a manual Sync now button), and every correction is written to the movement log, so you always know when and why a quantity changed. Bundles can be imported straight from your Shopify catalog.
