We got tired of the stack.
Hivenue was born inside a real e-commerce operation, out of the frustration of running one store on ten subscriptions.
Running a store meant a helpdesk that did not know your orders, an ads tool that did not know your margins, an analytics tab that disagreed with both, and a spreadsheet to reconcile the three. Each app was fine. The seams between them were where the hours, and the margin, disappeared.
So we stopped integrating tools and started replacing them, one module at a time, on one data spine.
Today Hivenue is a full suite of modules that share the same customers, orders and sessions: support that sees the order, ads that report into your P&L, disputes that defend themselves with your own data. Built in Italy, hosted in the EU, priced as one bill.
Fewer tools
Every extra app is a login, a bill, a sync that breaks. We measure progress by what you get to cancel.

Everything on this site exists in the product today. If it is coming soon, we say coming soon.
