2. What we use

• Essential cookies: strictly necessary for the site and app to function (session handling, security, language preference). These cannot be switched off.
• First-party analytics: we measure how the site is used with our own first-party analytics. Events are collected under our domain and are not shared with advertising networks.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.

3. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the app from working. Instructions: Chrome, Safari, Firefox.

4. Cookies on your own store

If you install the Hivenue tracking pixel or session recorder on your Shopify store, you are the controller of that data. What those tools collect and how to disclose them to your visitors is described in the product guides and in the Data Processing Agreement.
