Terms of Service

Last updated 10 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Hivenue LLC for the use of Hivenue. By creating an account or a workspace you accept them. If you accept them on behalf of a company, you confirm that you can bind it.

1. The service

Hivenue is a web application for e-commerce businesses and their teams, available at app.hivenue.co and offered by Hivenue LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. It is a business service and is not offered to consumers.

We improve Hivenue continuously, so features can be added, changed or retired. Features marked as beta may change or stop. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell subscribers by email in advance.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You need an account, and every account belongs to one or more workspaces. The person who creates a workspace administers it: they decide who is invited, what roles people have, and they are responsible for what happens inside it.

Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account. Accounts are for people aged 18 or over.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Hivenue for your own business. You may not:

  • break the law or infringe the rights of others through the service;
  • upload malicious code, try to access another workspace, or disrupt or overload the service;
  • use the service to send spam or unlawful messages to your customers;
  • copy, resell or offer the service to third parties without our written agreement;
  • reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it.

4. Plans and payment

After the free trial, Hivenue is a paid subscription. Plans and prices are shown on our pricing page and in the application, in euro and excluding VAT or other taxes that apply. Your plan depends on your store's monthly revenue, and every plan includes every module. If your revenue grows beyond your plan, we will ask you to move to the matching one.

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, by card, through our payment provider. They renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.

If a payment fails, we may suspend access to the workspace until it is settled.

5. Free trial

A new workspace can start a free trial. The length of the trial and whether a card is needed are shown before you sign up. When the trial ends, the subscription to the plan you chose starts and is charged, unless you cancel before the end of the trial. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.

6. AI credits

Some AI features use credits. Every plan includes a monthly amount, and you can buy more. Credits only pay for the use of features inside Hivenue: they are not money, a payment instrument or a stored balance, and they cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Used credits are not refundable. Whether unused credits expire is stated when you get them.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. We do not refund periods that have already started, except where the law gives you a right that cannot be excluded.

8. Your content

What you put into your workspace stays yours. You give us only the rights we need to host, process and show it in order to provide the service and the features you use.

Output produced by AI features is yours to use, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers. It is generated automatically and can be wrong: you are responsible for what you publish or send.

Where we process personal data on your behalf, we do so under our Privacy Policy and only on your instructions. If you need a data processing agreement, write to us.

9. Connected services

Connecting Shopify, Meta, Google, Microsoft, Slack or another service is your choice, and those services apply their own terms. When you connect one, you authorise Hivenue to act within the permissions you grant, for example to read store data or to send an email you wrote. Some features depend on those services staying available, and we are not responsible for changes they make.

10. Availability and support

We work to keep Hivenue available and run it on established infrastructure providers, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Support is by email at support@hivenue.co.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Hivenue at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaches these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Where the problem can be fixed, we will give you notice and time to fix it first.

When an account is closed, you can ask us for an export of your workspace data for a reasonable period. After that the data is deleted as described in our Data deletion page.

12. Liability

Hivenue is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the event that caused it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost data you could reasonably have kept a copy of. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell subscribers by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Hivenue after that date, the new terms apply.

14. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. This does not remove any rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded by contract.
