Terms of Service
Last updated: [9 July 2026]. These terms govern the use of the Hivenue platform provided by Hivenue Srl, Via Placeholder 1, 20100 Milano (MI), Italy, VAT IT00000000000 ("Hivenue").
1. The service
Hivenue is a multi-module business suite for e-commerce teams: modules for support, advertising, creative production, analytics, accounting, inventory, disputes, knowledge and team work, operated on shared workspace data. The current module list is published at /modules.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. A workspace owner administers members, roles and integrations, and is responsible for the activity that happens under the workspace.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Plans are billed per workspace, monthly or yearly, in EUR, USD or GBP; the currency is set at first checkout.
- New workspaces start with a [14]-day trial; no payment method is required for the first [7] days.
- Prices exclude VAT, which is applied at checkout based on your billing country.
- During the launch period some or all modules may be provided free of charge; we will give at least [30] days' notice before a free module becomes paid.
4. Your data and third-party platforms
You retain all rights to your data. Modules operate on data you connect through your own accounts (Shopify Admin custom app, your own Meta app, your mailboxes, your payment processors); you are responsible for complying with those platforms' terms. Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send spam, infringe third-party rights, probe or disrupt the infrastructure, or resell access without a written agreement. AI features must not be used to generate unlawful content.
6. AI features
AI features produce suggestions and drafts on your data; actions that modify orders, budgets or customer communications require explicit confirmation in the product where so designed. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Copilot runs on your own Anthropic API key and its usage is billed to you by Anthropic.
7. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without an uptime guarantee outside a separately agreed SLA. Support channels and response targets depend on your plan.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hivenue's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the [12] months preceding the event. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend a workspace for material breach or security risk, notifying the owner. You can cancel at any time; the subscription runs until the end of the paid period. After cancellation, data is retained for [60] days for export, then purged.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms with [30] days' notice for material changes. These terms are governed by Italian law; exclusive venue is the Court of Milan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
