Task Manager
To do, In progress, Done for the whole team. And when a task needs real hours, hit "🎨 Plan visually" and paint its work sessions straight onto your calendar.
Your work rises to the top
One toggle keeps only what is assigned to you. Priorities from Low to Urgent sort the list, and recurring tasks renew themselves the moment you complete them.
- All tasks or My tasksOne toggle in the toolbar filters the list down to what is assigned to you, keeping every other filter intact.
- Four honest prioritiesLow, Medium, High and Urgent. Filter by them, sort by them, and clear the red ones first.
- Done spawns the next oneComplete a recurring task and a new one is created automatically with the deadline set to the next cycle.
Save the filter, keep the focus
Stack conditions on assignee, status, due window and title, then save the result as a named view. Show it as a tab, keep it personal or share it, and flip it to a calendar whenever you think in weeks.
- Filters that chainCombine up to ten conditions with All (AND) or At least one (OR). Today and This week come built in.
- Global or Only meShare a view with the whole workspace or keep it yours alone, shown as a tab or tucked in a dropdown.
- List or Personal calendarThe same tasks as a list or on your calendar in Month, Week or Day, with unscheduled tasks one toggle away.
Tasks that are born from workflows
When a Creative 360 project crosses a workflow stage, a real task appears here as a side effect: no copy-paste, nothing to transcribe. Close it and the project moves on without you touching it.
- Stages create real tasksA workflow transition with a create task side effect inserts an actual task, with priority and deadline set by the workflow.
- Assigned to the whole roleThe task lands on every member holding the role, and shows up in each of their My tasks lists.
- The trip backMark the last task Done and the stage advances on its own, driven by the trigger When all tasks are done.

Questions, answered
Paint Mode is a visual way to schedule tasks: instead of filling in a date and a duration field, you paint one or more work sessions directly on your calendar. It is built for tasks that need several blocks in the same day or across the week, and for recurring sessions.
