Accounting
Workspace P&L overview and supplier balance tracking: revenue, costs, net profit and cash-flow advances in one place. Real Meta spend walks in by itself.
Every cost, configured once at the source
Cost of goods, shipping, gateway fees, team and custom expenses live in Cost Settings. Change one number and every net profit and margin in the workspace recalculates.
- Cost of goods, per variantUnit cost and handling fee per variant, with cost history over time or a simple percentage mode. Import the costs you already keep on Shopify.
- Gateway fees, exact where it countsA percentage plus a fixed fee per transaction, per gateway. Shopify Payments fees are not estimated: they are imported from Shopify order by order.
- Custom expenses, each in its own currencyFixed rows with a recurrence, or variable rows as a percentage of a real metric like revenue or orders. A toggle decides if a row is subtracted from Net Profit or tracking only.
Advances that drain themselves
Prepaid balances for your suppliers: topped up by hand, consumed by real activity. A Meta prepaid balance goes down with the ad spend you actually ran, no data entry.
- Consumed by real spendLink an advance to a live source, like real Meta ad spend, a set of expense rows or a workspace KPI, and it drains on its own.
- An honest days-left estimateThe average of your last 7 days of consumption becomes ~N days left. A moving average, not a forecast.
- Alerts before it runs drySet a threshold as an amount or a percentage, below or above. A scheduled check notifies you the moment it crosses.
Know what Shopify still owes you
A payout card per store, created automatically: what is in transit, what is scheduled, what you already collected. Cash reminders, kept apart from the P&L so nothing is counted twice.
- One card per store, automaticTo collect now is total sales minus the payouts already received, split into in transit and scheduled.
- The full payout historyA chart of received payouts plus a filterable history: collected, in transit, scheduled, by day, week or month.
- Never counted twiceLiquidity is a cash reminder and stays out of the workspace KPIs: your costs are already accounted for in the P&L.

Questions, answered
From data you already have in Hivenue: Shopify orders and refunds from your connected stores, the costs you set in Cost Settings, your custom expenses, and real Meta ad spend synced from your ad accounts. Accounting keeps no separate books: it is one honest view over those numbers, so the P&L always matches the rest of the suite.
